Direct Everest Base
Camp Trek
Our journey begins with an early morning flight from
Kathmandu to Lukla in the heart of the Khumbu Region.
There follows a fairly easy day of around three hours to
our first stop Phakding. We continue North up the Dudh
Kosi Valley to Namche Bazaar, quite a hard day, where we
spend a day acclimatizing, good food and accommodation.
From Namche it is mainly a gradual push up to Kala
Pattar and Everest Base Camp resting one day in
Dingboche or Pheriche for some side trips and further
acclimatization. After some spectacular close up views
of Everest along with Nuptse Lhotse and Mount Pumori we
retrace to Lukla for our flight to Kathmandu.

01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport & transfer
to hotel.
Day 02: Trekking preparation in Kathmandu/Free
day
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2700m) and trek
to Phakding (2600m)
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3450m)
Day 05: Excursion to Thame Monastery
(3800m) and back to Namche
Day 06: Trek to Thyangboche (3880m)
Day 07: Trek to Pheriche (4250m)
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4930m)
Day 09: Trek to Gorak Shep (5130m) and
excursion to Kala Pattar (5545m)
Day 10: Excursion Everest BC and back
to Dingboche (4700m)
Day 11: Trek to Thyangboche (3880m)
Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3400m)
Day 13: Trek to Lukla (2800m)
Day 14: Lukla fly back to Kathmandu and
free day
Day 15: Kathmandu free day
Day 16: Transfer to international airport
for departure
