He is one of the founder member of Yala Adventure in Nepal. Now, he is Managing Director or Team Leader of the company. He lives in Kathmandu and operate the trips to Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India as well. He is responsible with all the activities operated by Yala Adventure.

	Sitaram Aryal Sitaram is also one of the founder member of Yala Adventure. He is expert to hold the management of the company. His soul responsibility is to look after the office management. Now, he is a Director of the Company. As a Director he is responsible to look after all of the activities operated by Yala Adventure.
