Nagarkot
Nagarkot is an ancient village,east of Kathmandu and from here we can see Mt.Everest and other peaks of the Himalayas. The top of the Nagarkot commands accelerating views in all directions. The altitude of Nagarkot is 2229m/7133ft from the sea level.It is 32km from Kathmandu.

Dhulikhel
Dhulikhel is also 32 km from Kathmandu and it is the popular for Himalayan viewpoint,Many visitors visit here to stretch their legs before setting off on longer treks.Some old Newari houses and several temples are as much interesting as watching the view of Himalayas. Pokhara
Pokhara is a resort city of remarkable beauty.The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificent summit of Machhapichhre rising behind it create an ambiance of peace and magic.Clearly the most stunning of Pokhara's sights is the spectacular panoroma of the Annapurna ranges which forms its backdrop.the most popular sites of Pokhara is Phewa Lake,Begnas Lake,Rupa lake Devi's Fall, Mahendrs Gupha(Cave),Annapurna Museum and some other temples.

Gorkha
Gorkha is really easy and panoramic area. One can see spectacular view of Ganesh Himal, Boudha Himal, Langtang, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Annapurna South. Around 4 hours drive from Kathmandu, your transportation will drove you Dhadingbesi. Next day your trek begin upto Ghyalchowk. This is the pristine village of Dhadingbesi. The people of this area are still living on their traditional farming way of life. They are including Gurung, Tamang and Magars. All along your way you will view green forest, rice field, traditional houses of Gurung family and also hear the beautiful rhythm of birds singing on forests. Begnas Tal is very beautiful. Very peaceful; you will see views of Annapurna, and Manaslu. This is a good trek for children.

Chitwan
Chitwan is the place where the Royal Chitwan National Park lies. It is famous for several days exploring the jungle on foot and elephant back looking for Tiger, Rhinocers and other animals. You will take part on some boating activities, Jungle and nature walk.

Shivapuri
Shivapuri is the second highest peak among the hills surrounding the Kathmandu Valley. It is 2732m at its peak with numerous sharp ridges radiating to all sides. Situated towards the north of the Kathmandu Valley, due to its strategic location and convenience, Shivapuri was proclaimed as a watershed area supplying more than a million liters of natural spring water to the city. After Shivapuri experienced several problems concerning soil erosion as a result of deforestation, over-grazing, cultivation on steep slopes etc.; reducing the quality and quantity of the water supplied, His Majesty's Govt. of Nepal initiated a program to protect Shivapuri and its adjoining areas as a watershed and wildlife reserve in 1975. In 1976, the Shivapuri Development Board was established to ensure a multi disciplinary supervision and guidance of the project activities.

Among the wild animals, Sloth Bear (Melursus ursinus), Leopard (Panthera pardus), Muntjac (Muntiacus muntjak), Pallas's Cat (Felis manul), Large Indian Civet (Viverra zibetha), Himalayan Yellow Throated Marten (Martes flavigula), Indian Pangolin (Manis crassicaudata), Wild Boar (Sus scrofa), Goral (Nemorhaedus goral), Indian Porcupine (Hystris indica), and Common Langur (Presbytis entellus) etc. can be spotted around the park.

Numerous birds, butterflies and lizards can be seen in around the 97.36 sq. km of SWWR. 177 species of birds of which 9 are enlisted as endangered, 19 species of mammals and 150 species of butterflies some endemic and rare are found in the Shivapuri area, out of the total of 800 species of birds, 130 species of mammals and 600 species of butterflies found in Nepal, thus making Shivapuri a paradise for flora and fauna and one of the few National Parks in the capital around the globe.
