Pumori Expedition (7145m)

Pumori (7,145 m) is one of the easiest peaks among 7,000 m. peaks in Nepal. It has relatively less technical climbing and gorges. But the difficulty depends upon the weather condition of the climbing period. The route keeps on changing due to avalanches and crevasses. The best month for climbing is May. The Mt. Pumori Base camp can be reached Kathmandu – Lukla flight and trekking via Namche Bazaar, Thyangboche – Pheriche and Lobuche. Mt. Pumori is 7145m. high and ascent starts at 5,300m.

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: A free day in Kathmandu for permit procession
Day 03: Kathmandu fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazar
Day 05: Rest day in Namche
Day 06: Trek to Thyangboche
Day 07: Trek to Pheriche
Day 08: Trek to Lobuche
Day 09: Trek to Gorakshep.
Day 10: Gorakshep climb up to Kala Patthar Base Camp and back hotel
Day 11: Gorakshep to Pumori Base Camp
Day 12 - 22: Climbing Period for Mt.Pumori
Day 23: Trek back to Lobuche
Day 24: Trek to Pangboche
Day 25: Trek to Thyangboche
Day 26: Trek to Namche Bazar
Day 27: Trek to Lukla
Day 28: Lukla fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 29: A free day in Kathmandu
Day 30: Departure day
